Today is the first time I have heard of this new product, and after seeing the video, I am pumped!! I can't wait until this hits the LSS in July!! I LOVE it! Way to go MM!
I am so excited about this I can hardly type. I am not a big die cut fan, but there are times-especially shapes,-when I need some. I have been looking and comparing for almost a year. Nothing quite fit the bill-I mean you could spend hundreds of dollars and for me that would be incredibly wasteful. But this is just perfect-variety, simplicity, economy-I love you guys. Now i just have to practice patience. Thank you!
WOWeeeeee ! I have been dying to see this in action ever since I saw the prototype a few CHA's back. So glad MM picked it up since I know it will be a quality product! Can't wait to get my hands on one now! Thanks for the video too~
how cool does it look, am sure it will be a winner, love that you are showing us whats happening, sad we cant be over there
will keep checking in to see what else happens
Wowser ... a wee portable die cut machine, that truly will be portable and can be run off batteries ... unbelievable. Would be neat to have a play with one of them.
Someone asked me if I knew what the Slice was last week and I had no clue, only that it was another machine that cutted dies. WOW! I love it and can't wait to get my hands on one to use!! Great CHA slide show and awesome tutorial on the slice!! - Aloha, Teri
Yesssssssssssssssssssss, what a great tool.
I want it I want it!!!!!:)))
It seems so easy, you can take it with you were ever you go and easy to use!
I am in love;)
Wow - that is a very super neat tool. I love that it cuts the very same beautiful shapes that I adore about making memories products. The possibilities are endless!
YES, this is a real must have ;-)
I love it because of it's easy way to use and because it's such a small thing. It's easy to store and take with me to crops with friends. I LOVE IT and can hardly wait untill it get to our LSS overhere in Europe (I do hope we don't have to wait longer than other countries)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for developping this supermachine!!!
Unbelievable! I love this concept - such a modern, innovative step up from the current die cutting machines. THIS is something that I would be interested in.
Wow!!! This is what I have been waiting for. Making memories are back and blowing me away!!! I am not an electronic die cut fan, I have never been tempted by any others on the market, but I have seen this, the video, the application and the designs and have just thought "I have to have one of these!!!!" So cool. Combining the ease of different sizes, shapes and designs with the best Making Memories shapes and fonts. Now I can have the best of both worlds!! I work in a scrapbooking shop& i cant wait to hear what our customers have to say!!! Well done and keep up the good work!!
This is absolutely the coolest die cutter that I have seen. Too bad we will have to wait until October/November before they are available in South Africa!!! Congratulations MM on another innovative move.
This is the coolest tool I have seen in ages. I have been impatiently waiting for this to debut so I can get my hands on one. I heard about it last year and am happy to know it will be in stores soon.
WOW I knew my extreme procrastination would eventually pay off! I have put off buying a die cutting machine just for this! This is exactly what I need at a price that will allow us to eat all month (: I am so excited. Every CHA it's always MM that breaks me. Good job!!
WOW Love it! I wonder how much the retail price is? I have wanted a cricut but cannot justify the price at this time. If there was a more affordable die cut system, I would be all over it. Plus its small and can go right into one of scrap totes and not need its own storage space.
This is REVOLUTIONARY!!!! Seriously I am blown away by it and of course am already making a designated space for this in my crafting/scrapping arsenal! Making Memories you guys continue to just amaze me with all your collections and The Slice is just that...the ultimate slice of cake to finale the amazing spread of product you guys already offer. Kuddos to you all...yay team MM!
What a MOST EXCELLENT idea. I can put it where I want on my paper and take it places too. What more can a girl want. I'm doing the Happy Dance. Please hurry and bring it to Australia.
wow! unbelievable! i want one of them all haha love the new papers, love the video. how long til they arrive in canada? truly incredible products..all of them!
OMG! What a great tool! I have been delaying the purchase of a digi cutter because I felt there was still room for improvement. I think you just made me want to run to the store!
Wow this looks fantastic! I love the portability of it - battery operated and everything! I am a die cut addict... I have 3 manual die cutting machines (4 if you count the one I bought for my daughter for Christmas... she's only 3....) but the dies take up SO much room! This would be great to have, it's so compact and there's no dies to stash in my crowded craft space! Wonderful!
I am so not about machines at all, because they usually take a lot of work. I am very surprised to see this and I have to say that I am very very interested to try one of these out.
The Slice is the ultimate electronic die cutter. It will help me preserve my slice of life's memories with such finesse. I am so happy that I never bought any other electronic die cutter and will now get the best!!!!! My only question is how much will it retail for? This is a must have and such a small footprint!
I'm going crazy seeing all the new products knowing it will be months before I can get my hands on them! I have patience for many things but new scrapbooking supplies I loose all patients!
Last summer I got the Qk Silhouette for my birthday and said that I'd never want anything more. I am so STUPID. You've completely knocked me out of my socks, I want the Slicer so bad my throat is swelling up, my pulse starts racing and my temperature rising - to new levels of heatwaves. This can not be good for my health. I need the CURE, stat: A SLICER OF MY OWN, please dr MM, pretty please.
I am only curious to see if you will be churning out new designs on memory cards, or if downloads will be possible.
oh,oh,oh,and, and, and this machine .... I could bring it with me on Holiday. I can totally see this in my RV when we go camping in Scandinavia this summer - the rest of the family at the beach, but me with my Slice of heaven churning out the artsy, pretty, and oh so noteworthy designs in the trailer. I have an eye disease that prevents me from going out in bright sunlight, but with this machine the sun would shine even behind my blinds.
i know what I want for my Birthday: A Slice of cake and a Slicer! What a great little thing, portable and compact. I love how easy it (seems to) work), and that you can have all the great designs of MM just a thumb away. Thumbs up!!!
Ps. My birthday is March 27th, and I turn 17...
What an awesome little machine, just the thing for my birthday/Mother's Day in May. Will have to add that one to my list. Can't wait to see it in action down here in NZ and also to add it to the products we currently stock in our shop. Well done MM!!
The 'slice' looks AMAZING.. thanks for the video showing us this sweet new product in action ~ definitely makes me want to get my scrappy little hands on it! I love the die cut frame/journaling spot that you showcased... and did you say fonts too?!... being a HUGE font junkie, this would be right up my alley... and I don't own any die cutting machines YET, it looks that I was waiting for just the 'right' product...it appears that I've found it!
i love the fact that this tool{the slice} is so portable and battery operated. its small enough to take to crops and even my 13yr dd will be able to use it easily. I would not have to supervise her use of it and it would also be easy for her to take to crop camp and not have to worry about an electrical cord. WAY TO GO MM. thanks for bringing us this new tool linda
I had to come back and watch it again!. Bummer that they won't be available until July. I want one now! Well done MM, you are just coming up with the most amazing products.
Wow. I have a birthday in July. The Slice will be the only item on my list. My husband will be searching as my list is usally empty. I have a die cut machine now but it's days are numbered as my scrapbook room is MM from ceiling to floor. Thank you I am always looking for quality and Making Memories always delivers.
WOW WOW and WOW!!! Can't wait till this is in the stores. It will be so easy and convenient to take with you. Can't wait to see what all they make in new designs too!! LOVE it LOVE it LOVE it!! I def want it and will have to have one.
Oh my gosh what a great gadget this is! A must have for everyone that scrapbooks for sure. I can just see myself with one of these sitting at a crop and showing it off to everyone! You guys have done it again with another awesome tool for us to use!
Wow.........I am so amazed. I had heard about the Slice a couple of weeks ago and didn't realize MM was coming out with it. It is totally amazing and I am in love with it!!!! I don't have a diecut machine for financial reasons but I do hope to save up and buy this revolutionary top notch machine this summer. It will be the best addition to my scrapbooking tools besides the MM cutter. MM has amazed me once again. Congratulations.
Ack! You'll make me break my spending freeze with the Slice! It's too cool. I like that there are hundreds of shapes and fonts already on it; not just one font per cartridge. Can't wait to see it in stores!
I WANT THE SLICE!!!! I had no idea a tool like this was in the making and now I **HAVE** to have it! This is the neatest tool I have seen in a long time! Love it love it love it!
Way to awesome for words!!!!! As someone who is always packing up everything and heading off to crops across Ontario - this little delicious machine would be WAY to handy!!
More great stuff from Making Memories - no wonder we all love you gals and guys!
I've held off and haven't bought an electric die-cut machine, and now I am so glad. I have very limited space so this is PERFECT. Too bad I have to wait for summer!
This is amazing! I have wanted a cricuit for ages, but this one has just made the top of my list!!!! Is there anyplace we can see what the images look like that are available?
WOW! I absolutely LOVE it & I'm not a big fan of diecut machines, but this one, I HAVE to have!!! Way to go, MM for making yet another wonderful product! YOU ROCK!!!
O-M-G!!!! I have to have this!!! Pick me! (who is jumping up and down on the couch with her children looking at her like she is possessed!!!!!) Love it!!
Wonderful! Great for those spur of the moment inspirations and our monthly crop night. I also can see my teenagers using this for many school projects. Way to go MM
Blessings
I dig the color, matches my Mom's workspace perfectly...
And all those fonts and shapes, do they come with the machine already, or do you have to buy them seperately, I wonder? Either way, all I want for Christmas this summer - and for my birthday MARC 27, when I turn sweet 17, is a Slice.
Congrats, MM!! You've hit the jackpot with this baby. The Slice looks like a must have! Between that and the Noteworthy Collection, I'm getting that shortness of breath scrapper's get when they see something wonderful. :)
BLESS MM for Mmaking this. You know what mmakes a girl tick, don't you? This cutter looks like the answer to prayers we never knew we had - a real SLICE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH.
Practical, convenient, omnipotent, reliable, - and pretty in blue - what mmore can a girl pray for?
What an amazing little die cutting machine! I love that it's small and portable with so many different cuts available. Congratulations on a "cutting edge" product!
I would have written an extensive praise, because this is such a fabulous new little helper. But I can't.
My keyboard is all slippery from saliva. My mouth just won't stop watering!
I think this is the greatest invention in scrapbooking ever! The ability to change the size of the designs is great. What a dream to have to have a Slice!
This is the most awesome product I've seen come along in a long time!!!!! I would love to own it and hope it's affordable....but, WOW, what can I say. I love the fact that it's portable, small and actually easy to use!!!
Someone should ask mr Paul Simon to rewrite his tune, from Slip Slidin' away to SLIP SLICIN AWAY... That is what I will hum to myself as I try out this l.o.v.e.l.y treasure. Slip slicing awa-a-ay.
I so have to have that. So awesome. It is everything it needs to be, except.....It needs to be in my scrapbooking room. Seriously, I hear it calling out for a home. Don't you? I promise to love it and keeep it safe.
If one day I become the proud owner of such a Slice, I would never leave home without it.
Thanks for making it portable, and FUN! I'd take it to crops, I'd take it travelling, I'd take it for coffee, I'd even try sneaking it with me to work, but don't tell my boss I said that. LOL
A norwegian invented the cheese slicer for hard cheese, and we've been proud of that for almost a century. Never thought there would be a SLICEr that would be as handy as that, but here you go...And it's not even norwegian...
Truely an invention with no borders.
A diecutter to die for!
Please, dear God above, alternatively or in coop with the goood people in MM heaven at CHA right now: Give me a Slice. Just a little Slice goes a long way, pour moi.
Now this is a product to be excited about!!! I have been in the market for a cutting system and I think you just won me over! Way to go!!!! I can't wait to see the rest of your releases!!!
LOve the portability and most of the dies I like anyway are only 5 inches. I like that you can place anywhere on the paper and get exactly what you want with the slice!!! Great product.
This little gadget is THE BOMB! I am a total sucker for gadgets but the downside is that they usually take up sooooo much space but this little beauty doesn't! Gotta love this compact workhorse. I'm so adding this to my collection! Congrats MM on your fantastic idea.
This is so exciting! I can't wait to see one. The fact that it's got hundreds of alphas and shaped loaded already makes me think that this is the route I want to go!
What a great tool! I like the size and the fact that you can place it wherever you need to cut, rather than trimming and wasting excess paper. What's the price tag on this baby?
The slice is the perfect, and I mean PERFECT, tool for me and the way I like to scrapbook. I can't wait to buy one! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU MM!!!
I can't wait until summer!!! It is just too cool! Thanks for sharing the video. I was skeptical until I saw it in action. It is lightweight, portable, versatile, everything I want in a die cut machine. Thanks MM!
Making Memories? Making Me(want)mor(e)i(ncredibl?eS(tuff) like the Slice. Oh, to have a serving of this gourmet cake...
My paper heart pounds so hard it is about to burst.
This looks great, a truly portable machine, that does all the work for me! And, beautiful choice of color too, and I'm not just saying that 'cause it'll match my room!
Thank you once again for continuing to inspire me with your exquisite products and I would like to sum up my reaction about your new gadget in one sentence - "I need a SLICE of that action".
What an amazing tool! I love that it is even more portable than the Cricut and that it still cuts fairly large-sized alphas/shapes. Also love that it comes with so many fonts and shapes. Can't wait to see these IRL (and hopefully own one!). I was in the market for a smaller die cutter, now I'm putting my search on hold until these start appearing in stores. Thanks for your continued dedication to this hobby. I love MM!
Even though a simple YouTube is all I've seen of it; I am already comparing the Slice in my mind with the rest of the diecutters out there. And it does stand it's ground well. You can do more with a craft robo of course, but this Slice you can have to go. And it looks way better than that green insect, with it's overprized alphas and shapes.
The portability and the LOADS of fonts and shapes that already come with it would be a winning argument, for me. If you don't need to keep slicing out dollars big time for more cartridges, I would be seriously sold.
hush, don't tell my boss, but I am already Totally in love, to the extent that I HAVE HARDLY BEEN ABLE TO DO MY DAYTIME JOB TODAY since I saw this YouTube submission.
Happy Birthday to Me!!! Today I turn 40 and I know what I want for my birthday.
I want a Slicer. I ordered another diecut machine from QVC and it's due to come in today but I am returning it so I can buy my Slicer in the summer. YEA!!!!
This is a Slice to die for! Fork one over, and don't wait until summer. I have a serious craving!
Yummish from A to Z, the color, the features, oh, oh, oh.
Making Memories continues to inspire. Are you ready to be worshipped, or at least ready to ship to the world? Summer is such a long wait... Today would not be soon enough!
This is FABULOUS! I love that it won't take up my whole workspace and I can put it away when I'm done using it! This looks like a really fun product!! I can't wait for it to hit the LSS!!
Incredible! So much easier than the heavy Sizzix (original), all the seperate dies and necessities needed for one cut! And, smaller than the Cricut. Love it! Can't wait!
Wow! I have never heard of this! I hope it is better than the cricut. Does anyone know the price yet? Will it be affordable? I am excited to see this in person!!
Absolutely amazing. I have been intrigued by the die cutting machines of late, but they are just too big and bulky for me. This looks perfect. Very versatile, small and easy to use. I am loving it and will be looking forward to grabbing one as soon as they come out!!! Thanks Making Memories for another terrific product!
I cannot wait for this to arrive! I so desperatly want one! I am a sucker for all die cut machines! This one looks easy to handle and my daughter who has just started scrapbooking with me would even be able to handle this at age 12! This will be one of my first purchases of the season!
Slice, can you say SOLD OUT the day it hits store shelves? We can't wait! And was that more Noteworthy in the slideshow. I think I've died and gone to heaven.
FABULOUS! Congratulations that looks like the smartest little tool ever! What I love I do ot need to have the dies and the machine take up too much space and everything else. This is perfect. Thank you again for amazing products and sneak peaks! Can't wait for More! Grace
This is GREAT!!!!!!!! I've been deliberating over a die cut tool, NOW I know which one to get-wish I didn't have to wait.......but good things are always worth waiting for :)
How cool is this? I love the slice. I can't wait to see it in action in person. Making Memories is always bringing us great tools to making scrapbooking easier and more fun for us.
Thanks for the opportunity! Good luck with the rest of the show!
OMG!! When I got my email today I just screamed in excitement!! This Slice is so cool!! It makes me extremely happy that I wasn't wrong to hold off on buying any of the fancy electronic die cut machines. Now I can have an even better one that I can take to crops and use with ease!! Is it summer yet?!! Can't wait till it starts showing up in stores this summer!!
What a an AWESOME concept! Wish I lived in CA to play with it in person. PLEASE Hurry & bring it to "Big D." Can't wait to add it to my collection of Die Cutting devices. :)
Today is the first time I have heard of this new product, and after seeing the video, I am pumped!! I can't wait until this hits the LSS in July!! I LOVE it! Way to go MM!

I am only curious to see if you will be churning out new designs on memory cards, or if downloads will be possible.
thumpthumpthumpthump, my heart can not be still.

oh,oh,oh,and, and, and this machine ....
